Outcomes of Autologous Blood Injection for Treatment of Tennis Elbow

Introduction: Lateral tendinosis of the elbow, sometimes called tennis refers to degenerative process in common source extended group forearm muscles. In orthopedic clinics, it is most prevalent cause elbow discomfort and pain. The condition caused by repeated muscular motions a typical discomfort.
 Objectives: To assess clinical functional outcomes autologous blood injection for treatment elbow.
 Methodology: This hospital based cross-sectional study, conducted Birat Medical College teaching hospital. Here, patients diagnosed with Tennis OPD during study duration September 2020 August 2021 were included study. Total 93 samples studied. Two ml patient's has withdrawn from right antecubital vein been injected around affected extensor tendon origin. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 23.
 Results: Ninety Three (59% females, 41% male) treated concerned disease. mean age 45.39 ± 10.109 years. At end trial, 90% satisfied fully treatment. overall performance regression model significant all scenarios.
 Conclusion: Given satisfactory results, question can be deemed suitable medication alternative conventional therapy.
